Such a range of emotions

This post will stray from the typical stuff I write. I need a place to vent, and this is my only blog.

Yesterday, I received a call in the afternoon from my youngest brother. My parents had got a call from my sisters roommate that he found her dead.

And then I get a call...

My little sister, my 25 year old sister, has died.

Fuck.

Just bought!

Well, I have a new home for when I go out to BC!

This is a 1976 Dodge, and the previous owner has four kids. They used it all last summer before they bought their new motorhome, which is a toyhauler and better suited to their lifestyle.

Possible new home!

I've been searching for a new RV for a bit, and I just may have found one!

It's a class C, which honestly, I was looking for something smaller, but this just may work out.

I'm off to look at it on Wednesday, and here is hoping!

Moving even faster...

I received my documentation in regards to the company I work for offering to cover moving expenses the other day. While I was looking at a mid-March move, it seems they want me there for March 1. Okay. So now I have a month to move. Great.

The search for affordable housing in Vancouver is still on, and I think I found a place, but according to their website, the three bedrooms are all filled currently. That doesn't help me.

Wife my wife staying behind for a bit in order to be able to collect maternity leave after she gives birth, I have some time to figure everything out. Now, I just need to figure out where I'll be living. I don't have a lot of cash saved up just yet, and I now need to really push for getting something.

Soo....

What a pain...

I've realized that I am supposed to be moving to BC in two months, and I have not yet saved up for a campervan.

I've been looking at what's for sale, and honestly, some people are asking a lot for what they're offering. That's just the way it goes though.

So, now I am looking into getting something soon, and I was hoping to locate something that has already been registered in BC, but the pickings are very slim throughout that whole province. Alberta on the other hand has loads for sale.
